Flat Roof Installation & Gutter Replacement in Satellite Beach

This active military homeowner was looking to create a dream home for his family to remain permanently stationed in. While much of the outside looked great already, the flat roof over the back patio needed some serious TLC. We entirely removed an outdated and unused HVAC system that had been installed on the flat roof, tore off three whole layers of old roofing material, replaced nearly half of the decking, topped it off with a fresh modified bitumen system, and replaced the gutters for the entire home.
