Mansard Roof Replacement in Titusville

This customer was trying to sell their unit in a fourplex property. The roof was old, damaged and very much in need of total replacement. Only replacing one section at a time on a multi-unit building takes practiced skill and attention to detail. This building was also a style of roof called a mansard, with a flat top and shingles along the slightly pitched side. That made for several challenging aspects of this project.
