Metal Outbuilding Roof Coating in Merritt Island

This customer was dealing with several small leaks on the metal outbuilding she used as a storage shed. During our inspection, we saw several rust spots on the panels and noticed a handful of rusted screws indicating serious age and water damage. Treating the rust spots turned out to be futile, so we installed a couple of new panels instead. After separately sealing all of the existing screws, we went over the roof twice with a silicone based coating.
